Benefits seem lacking, feel unappreciated. Often understaffed. Occasional lunches we would, likely benefit from a union. Things only seem to change in the direction of less staff more responsibility. No real concern for employee well being, and with pts leaving before being seen or discharged probably doesn't save the hospital money. It was much better before highmark and upmc east

Pay stinks. No real room to move up.
