      Hightmark just took over so everything is up in the air. Once they get it figured out it will be great.

      Great location, salary, parking (on site and off), highmark making it better

      Cons

      Nursing union!! Contributes to struggle for managers to make staff accountable....Don't want to deal w "grievances". Pay a lot of dues.....no worth. Nursing is no place for a union, especially a non nursing/non professional union

      Work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      Unless you are part of the group that they want don't you most likely will end up being let go. Management is too busy to notice what goes on day to day within the office and when brought to their attention it is ignored. Most departments do their own thing and issues are handled within the department.
