      -mostly friendly staff -small raise every march

      Cons

      -no union -new grad hourly wages go up but people who have been here for awhile their hourly wage does not so new grads make more than some people who have been here for years

      Pros

      Coworkers are great and keep the day-to-day less draining. Flexibility in hours for my position is nice.

      Cons

      Inundated with internal drama between upper management that impedes productivity. Limited communication from management with inconsistent deadlines. Low compensation compared to analogous roles and experience. Unclear expectations on job requirements. I.e. Negative 2025 performance review due to responsibilities never discussed or assigned despite excelling in approved goals.

      Loved my coworkers, loved the fast paced environment and the high acuity

      They chose poor management who didn’t know how to handle conflict, had favorites, targeted people, and didn’t properly investigate complaints.
