      Pros

      I have been with AST for almost a year and overall my experience has been great. Being on a different timezone from the corporate office that you work for sounds like a challenge, but anytime I have needed assistance or had a quick question my POC in HR has always taking my call or answered my emails even after core hours. I work onsite within DOE, but I still feel apart of the AST team and that is really important to me. I have great insurance and PTO is within the usual range in my experience.

      Cons

      I feel my salary could be a little higher, but working in the Federal Contracting arena, I have learned that there are a lot of moving pieces when it comes to salaries for employees.
