      Competitive salary, great benefits, awesome management. I've worked for several small businesses in Federal contracting and this is the best company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      The management encourages employees to become leaders. The salary is competitive. AST understands what is necessary for their employees to support clients. Management is friendly and patient. HR/admin is friendly, helpful, and supportive.

      Cons

      Probably like many contracting service companies, might not be a good fit if you don't have a bit of capability of being independent/self-starter.
