Pros

Very professional company. They invest heavily in their employees and provide you the tools needed to succeed. Fun environment with lots of activities. Great benefits for employee Free Gym , Free parking, free drinks, coffee, chocolate and many free lunches for employees. They appreciate their employees and recognize their achievements.

Cons

Early start around 7:00 or 7:30AM , sometimes the calls feels repetitive. I wish vacation time accrued is more than 2 weeks a year.

I feel appreciated and I’ve been able to grow with Allegiance Gold. Focus on building relationship with the clients. Giving back to employees and important causes. Encouraging us to volunteer and help others. Trusted brand name based on how the representatives help clients. Company lunches and team building activities.

Cons

Extend hours to cover pacific time zone past 5:30.
