Pros
As a non-US citizen (I am European), I was hired and sponsored from F1 Visa OPT to H-1B Visa in less than a year (start date in November, sponsored the following April). They were comprehensive when I had to be on live for nearly month and half due to health issues. I worked on client (Caterpillar) and was never really bothered by the Easi people, mainly worked as a client's employee They would let you take spare days off for a good reason Worked from home a few times as well, never had a problem
Cons
Health benefits are not the best Not too many Vacation days (about 5 a year), and those you had to earn with working hours Pay raise was kind of low too: (plus 5%/year approx. or no raise at all)
