This company believes in “building relationships” so they require employees to come in the office. At first they told us EVERYONE has to come in 4 days a week, which is not true. Some departments do not come in at all, and have no been in the office since 2020. There are also some departments that are free to come in whenever they like. It should be the same way across the board. With inflation and gas prices increasing, Allegis really needs to think about their employees and retention. They decided to put tents in the parking lots to promote building relationships, we do not want that. We want to be able to have a good work life balance.
