      •growth opportunities •promote within •hybrid work schedule •new full-time employees start with 20 days or 4 weeks of vacation •good work/life balance •paid weekly •great support from leaders

      Cons

      •benefits-401K match is very low (up to $750), which would be 3% for an employee earning $12/hour. However, employees do also get profit sharing. •don’t have the best healthcare plans •pay could be more competitive
