      Pros

      Great people to work with, and emphasis on relationships. Energetic and very much a team atmosphere that isn't directed but derived. Ambitious, upbeat attitude. Lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Mature in some areas and still developing in some areas. Lots of remote interaction as the company is spread all over N.A., can be a struggle some times.
