Management truly cares about their people. The work environment is one in which you develop true friendships within the work place. Management is also very flexible and encourage a healthy work-life balance as well as self development.

Cons

Managements hands are tied when its comes to making decisions on additional compensation as it is predetermined for each role. Benefits are average.
