Pros

There are nothing to be listed in pros, for this useless, worthless company. As this is a social site i'm not finding words to describe it heart fully..

Cons

No appreciation for hardwork, expecting hike(they never give you anything called hike) is a sin and he will be rated the least inspite his performance is extremely good. You will be promised lot of things but please don't fall, you will realize only after completing a year it in and when you see your hike... You will be rated intentionally less and if you want to get it reviewed again, management will run like thieves as if they are followed by police.

Pros

This is a company that has the opportunity for advancement and very good pay if you are willing to dedicate 60-70+ hours a week. When the economy is good people in there 20s can have the opportunity to make six figures. What other company allows for that type of salary at such a young age

Cons

The first thing you need to ask yourself is why is there very few people in their 30s+ at this company. That should tell you right away that job satisfaction is poor because nobody stays there long term. This is an extremely numbers driven company. I felt that I was going through the motions just to get numbers which did not mean anything. Don't expect to have a life. You better have the phone glued to your ear making cold calls all day if you do not want management questioning you. All other daily tasks are to be done on "B" time. Which means after your normal working hours. If you have had a job Aerotek you will realize that you do not need to work 50-60 hours a week just to keep your job. It is also common to be told that certain tasks need to get finished in order for you to leave each day. A job should not be a prison.

Pros

I cannot think of 1.

Cons

Bad poor management hired with 0 experience of compliance role and driving amazing employees out of the company. I have never worked for a company like this, you are worked solidly to the ground. The pressure daily from all areas of the business and the unrealistic time frames to do all the workload in. Want a work life balance think again. You will not get it working at allegis. The bonus scheme is rubbish. They make it extremely hard to earn a penny! If you want to progress you won’t get it atleast if you are best friends with the managers then you may have some hope to go far. As the saying goes not what you know who you know which is the motto at allegis (it should be) You work so hard and never get any praise. The company don’t throw any social events for their staff only their beloved sales department others get nothing. Do not think to work here unless you want to be micromanaged.
