Not recommended for experienced professionals. No opportunities for learning. Your existing skills will start rotting as you will not be allowed to use your experience, skills and knowledge by old EASi employees. Unprofessional, ignorant and immature Managers who are not capable of leading teams. The organizations's policies, processes and tools are outdated and not bench-marked against other organizations. Career path is not defined. Managers are not interested in setting your goals and mentoring you.

Poor management team especially for Business Services. Employees are treated poorly and are leaving one after the other and not in the best conditions. Salaries are not in line with the market. Not a lot of career opportunities for internal employees - all roles go to external applicants (most of them referred by a small group of individuals) Significant lack of honesty and communication overall. Not an inclusive work environment. They don't stick to their own mission vision and values...SAD!
