1. The incentive structure is bad, we are paid very less compared to the competitors 2. There are 4 operating companies within the Allegis group, each one of them as its own pros and cons. I worked in TEKsystems for almost 1.5 years- even though there is learning each day, getting closures/ Starts in very very difficult. This is either due to lazy Point of contacts in the US and Management tends to support the US POC's than their employees here. 3. Rest of the 3 Operating Companies have no value to your experience outside this company, you won't even be eligible for TL position or Interview 4. No respect for the age group, too much politics 5. College environment may not be a good one for professionals like me. Not a place for career-oriented people 6. Team Leads and Managers over here does not have any value outside because their work experience is just limited to sourcing candidates, no client-facing, or End to End Recruitment. Recruiters are much more Intelligent and smart than TL's and Managers 7. Salary is very low, Senior recruiters get not more than 25k per month. Just think how much a fresher can get here!!

once you put down the papers they will tell that the company has changed its policy and we have to server 2 months notice period (original notice period is 1 month) .. they will put you under immense pressure and make to pay from your pocket (other wise called as buy out) to get release .
