      This place sucks. It is run like a pan shop (there's more to it than you think).

      Pros

      They pay reasonably well if you happen to land on a good salary to start with or become one of the click members of some of the marwaris holding the forte. Diversity is a big business as the CEOs wife runs a training organization in that space. He cant just stop loving the diverse talent.

      Cons

      Rampant nepotism, toxic culture. You have to behave like you are a part of their cult. No place for your authentic self.
