      Pros

      Cab facility, young mass, fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Pay is way too low for complete night shift. Shift allowance is too low.Too much of micro management in IT recruitment teams. New leads are very less experienced in leadership qualities and try to boss around with senior staffs. Leaves are a big problem. Too much of random hiring and no one cares to retain the senior staffs. Hence quality of work has drastically reduced.The environment has rapidly changed and the work culture is not good anymore. And now they are even charging for the one time food they claimed to be perks and benefits. They raised the pay but stopped deducting money for medical benefits and that means there hasn't been any raise at all.

      GET salary, designer salary and work environment

      Pros

      Luckily some get to work in development projects in CAD team... Company has a small library which has few books.. And more books are being added.. It has a small mechanical LAB and an Embedded LAB.. Well nothing much to write here..

      Cons

      Difference in GET's payroll .. Students recruited through colleges (placement drives) are paid 3L PA but students recruited directly (walkin interviews) are paid only 2L PA... This is a really bad policy... Considering 2 GET's doing​ the same work but 1 getting paid 3L and the other getting 2L.. Working in shifts is another annoying task.. Since the company wants to make optimum use of licences they force employees to work in shifts... 1st and 2nd shift... One way cab facilities are provided (charges will be deducted from salary) for employees working in shifts.. This is another draw back...

      Pros

      Good training in place for new starters. They motivate their employees well and they can be very inspiring. The whole work place is very efficient and a fun work atmosphere; always events happening too.

      Cons

      Can have a very corporate atmosphere - may not be to everyone's taste
