      Small place, so many opportunities to grow. Boss easy going and open to new ideas as long as you've thought it through.

      Cons

      Toxic self-deprecating outlook. Leaders should be more positive about the future because everyone else looks to them for signals.

      No proper hikes Dumb managers(Mangers can't understand the requirement from client. They don't know for which team they are sending. Managers mainly focused on billing rather than employee satisfaction) No interaction with fellow associates.
