Pros
Very transparent process. Benifits are at par with the industry standards. They also try to entertain requests of employee relocation wherever applicable. It's a full employee friendly setup.
Cons
No major cons. They pay out what ever they recieve from the client without taking any major cut and also provide additional employee benifits. This is one of the best outsourcing firm I have worked for in last 10 years.
