      People are nice, good opportunities still are offerred

      Cons

      Allegis was once known as a great place to work. Family friendly, and challenging. Much has changed since then. Benefits are mediocre, company had to layoff 600 due to COVID

      The people are great - culture is a big thing and people tend to be very aligned making it a good place to go to work each day.

      Cons

      Comes with the territory of a massive organisation, but can at times be very corporate which isn’t always the most inspiring thing after a tough week.
