      - diversity of roles and opportunities open to employees who earn the right - feedback rich and keen to grow as an employer - workplace flexibility moving in the right direction - a great team, family like culture - lots of opportunity - I've been here since I graduated - earning potential is high and learning and development is heavily invested in

      - Inclusion and diversity is a big focus but certain offices have a lot of work still do on that front
