Small place, so many opportunities to grow. Boss easy going and open to new ideas as long as you've thought it through.

Cons

Toxic self-deprecating outlook. Leaders should be more positive about the future because everyone else looks to them for signals.

Pros

A small few that truly demonstrates teamwork. And this is to assist colleagues with there responsibilites due to lack of proper training by leadership

Cons

Lack of organization, training, pay and the list goes on. In addition they are very misleading during the interview process. Work overload, low pay for the responsibilities, extremely high turn over. Bad accounting practices; do not properly bill clients and no good backup documentaion to figure out the issues. You walk in cleaning up other peoples bad accounts

Pros

The people, generally, are great. In terms of remuneration, there are excellent opportunities here and, for the industry, good job security.

Cons

Very pressurised with respect to KPI. You won't be sacked, though, for not hitting the numbers (which, given how few do, are unrealistic). Also working 50 hours a week minimum is a lot (at least give some flexibility).
