Pros
Allegis is a fantastic company to work for in general. The company culture focuses on accountability, relationship building, customer service, innovation, and professional growth. The leadership has continued to improve over time; however, there are still some glaring issues there.
Cons
Building relationships and accountability are pervasive and are a fundamental part of the culture at Allegis. Unfortunately, that relationship-building accountability does not always translate to all levels. There seems to be a lack of accountability at some of the senior leadership (VP) levels....once anointed senior leadership does not always practice what they preach. Most of the senior leaders are absolutely fantastic; however, there are several that are absolute head-scratchers. The good news is that the C-levels (including Andy Hilger, Jim Davis) are absolutely fantastic and will inevitably remediate the issues... a very well-run company.
