      No proper hikes Dumb managers(Mangers can't understand the requirement from client. They don't know for which team they are sending. Managers mainly focused on billing rather than employee satisfaction) No interaction with fellow associates.

      Nothing super innovative or interesting, long periods of very little work, and very little chance to be promoted.

      Pros

      Management really cares about the long term growth and well being of its employees. Heavy investments are made on employee development via standout trainings/courses & lunch and learns. Opportunities to work in multiple positions can arise if you work there long enough (which is rare and can be quite useful for long term growth/learning). Excellent company culture with a variety of team building/sporting/social activities you can take part in. Great Managers. Upper Management is very open to ideas for improvement/to make the organization better.

      Cons

      -Not a lot of clients right now in Montreal but the company is still relatively young/new with a lot of potential to attract new clients.
