      Neutral . Good location. Staff is good

      Cons

      Management is not good . In some projects you have to work 12 hours a day. Work culture is not good in certain projects

      A lot of opportunity to learn functions and develop skills outside of your role.

      Cons

      Leadership communication and strategic alignment are weak. Promotions strongly based upon a culture of "like" in lieu of capable in some instances. More work to do in the area of diversity at the leadership level.
