      Strong training and initial development for graduating college professionals. Top performers have the ability to make significant compensation.

      Cons

      Have yet to truly adapt to the modern workplace culture. Company constantly keeps trying to change strategy and struggles to evolve it's brand to capture higher-level business from enterprise wide initiatives.

      They are a complete mess even after being bought by Aerotek

      Cons

      They are a PC group completely castrated by their parent company. They can't make changes as they have no real seat at the table. Look for EASi LLC t be sold or shut down.
