      I've been intellectually challenged since I got here. The job certainly isn't easy, but that is what makes this so rewarding. The business is supportive and inclusive making this a job I actually enjoy waking up to go to. I have loved working with the team and the wider business. Looking forward to a few more years yet!!

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any at the moment - improvements can always be made. But the business is taking these on one step at a time to make sure they get them right. Benefits are constantly being evaluated, so hopefully these will be enhanced as well. Whatever the shortcomings, they are not a reason to not work here.
