      Pros

      Good place to start a career as a fresher.

      Cons

      Management can do a better job in terms of training programs as foundation before building a house matters! Also it should include the Managers too so they know and help the newbies in the various everyday Recruitment challenges faced in reality than simply assuming situations without actual knowledge!

      Pros

      they are more than a consultancy , very professional in operation .

      Cons

      once you put down the papers they will tell that the company has changed its policy and we have to server 2 months notice period (original notice period is 1 month) .. they will put you under immense pressure and make to pay from your pocket (other wise called as buy out) to get release .
