Pros

If any of the following describe you, look elsewhere: A) Citizen of the United States, B) Care about benefits, C) Think you should be compensated reasonably (within 15% of market value) EASi is a domestic outsourcing company that will cut every corner to maximize profits for your hard work.

Cons

- "Premium" cobra healthcare package (Read: The absolute minimum that the government allows) - No 401k matching - No sick days - Limited PTO (1 week after a year) - Eligible for raises once every 2 years even if your role significantly changes - Management only cares about the bottom line

Pros

Absolutely none for professionalism. You will get a paycheck

Cons

-Unprofessional management does not care about current employees, does not respond to requests -Outsourcing as many IT positions as possible - The company is partnered with other very shady staffing companies. Run from them as well -Typical staffing company practice, posting fake positions to get your resume in their data bank. -Tiring hiring process for the fake jobs

Decent culture until layoffs occur and favoritism is rampant

Pros

Good salary for career beginners, good benefits, overall the culture is nice and they treat their employees well.

Cons

If you want to advance and don't enjoy sucking up to Sr.Managers and Directors, good luck. During a layoff in 2009 I had been in my department for 7 years. I was let go but the Dept. head kept someone who had recently transferred to that department. The only reason that person wasn't laid off was because he had been with the company for 15 years and was friends with the CEO. So here you have a guy who worked in a department completely seperate from mine, transfers into my department for 6 months and his job is salvaged and I am thrown to the wolves.
