      many lines of business, management are young and very good looking, when they acquire new companies they leave them alone

      one line of business is wholly ignorant of what other one is doing. no information is given. people are not a priority

      Pros

      Good entry level training, strong culture, ethical and high income potential. The onboarding and initial training is industry leading and the recruiter to sales alignment provides great guidance for recent college graduates. The organization has invested in state of the art technology and a quality process that provides a competitive advantage if/when followed and utilized properly. There are competitive incentive opportunities for high performers. National/International operations offer great networking opportunities to meet client needs.

      Cons

      Long term employee development lacks formality and structure. Initial training for recruiter and account management roles is intensive and structured but becomes intermittent and unstructured beyond that unless moved into a leadership role.
