      - Great people - To a point allows leaders to develop their own cultures within their teams - great training programmes for junior recruiters starting out

      Cons

      - Career development can get stunted by clique's at the top - too many average people working there and top performers are regularly overlooked. - salaries at the top level aren't competitive though overall renummeration packages good
