      Pros

      The place really rocks and management is transparent. Awesome place to work and learn many things. Trainings which they provide is really helpful. I gues this is the best company and still I proudly say i worked with allegis and I am "one Allegis". I don't feel i am a former employee.

      Cons

      The pay was the concern.

      EASi: A great place to start (and then quickly leave)

      Pros

      EASi has an innovative program where they are combining workforce development and contracted projects. It allows them to people on real project work, while being profitable as a program. The company which contracts with them receives not only project design but also highly skilled employees to hire.

      Cons

      The management system is chaotic, unresponsive, non-committal, and often downright incompetent. The success of the program depends on the hard work of it's lowest level of employees.
