      Good Company in the Staffing Industry

      Pros

      -Flexiblity- Depends on your Manager. - Good Incentives - Good place for Freshers to start your career. -Rewards and recognition -Very Good Work Environment - Work Hard, Party Hard.

      Cons

      - Market Shy- No publicity/Advertising- Very few people know it exists!! - Hiring the entire year? -Limited Growth Opportunities -Bad AutoPromotion Policy- Immatured people rise in the ladder due to favouritism. -No change in responsibilities from Recruiter level-1 to 4. You get stagnated after some time. - Very low pay when compared to other industries but the best in the Staffing space. -After you work here in certain roles, you cannot be hired elsewhere as you don't get relevant experience. Good if you get into Technical Hiring. -Job Security- You can be fired even after 2 yrs with the Company. -Extended work hours -Team Politics -Partiality - High Attrition

      Absolute Zero Work ethics.

      Pros

      They just get u a job . Thats' it. Nothing further happens.

      Cons

      They have no regard for employee grievances. The HR , Finance and the recruitment departments themselves have zero transparency amongst them. They do not know how to function as a whole and are masters of the blame game. You will end up going round and round for months to get a proper response let alone resolve any problems or issues. Absolutely inefficient team members. No body wants to take up any kind of accountability to any kind of matters ahead. Salaries of their employees is their least concern. I can go on ... but the list is endless.

      Pros

      A very diverse workplace. They have diversity built into the system and practices. Stable middle and top. Conservative in approach, but open to explore newness.

      Cons

      Not very extrinsic - Inward looking. Good place for the youngsters and for those who want to see the business side of work and grow quickly.
