Below average pay (expect to be 15-30% low), below average vacation time (4.76 days per year), other benefits non existent. No 401k match, insurance is MORE expensive than marketplace plans, by as much as 30%. No personal or paid sick leave. Zero room for advancement in technical positions. Advancement is for management only. Speaking of management, expect no communication from them. Basic information (such as holidays, or accrued vacation) can take a week or more to get a response. Company culture is to milk their workers for 2-3 years and continually rotate the workforce.

I was to receive a check(which I did) to cover expenses for equipment & software. When I went to deposit the check into my credit union I was told the check was fraudulent. After reporting that back to the training supervisor, I was then asked to cover the expenses out my own funds with a guarantee I would be reimbursed. Would that reimbursement come as another fraudulent check. Be careful that all the promises made are kept
