      Pros

      They are located at the heart of the city with strategic location near to public transportation. Has a nice commission structure.

      Cons

      High turn over and they really care about the staff that are leaving,as they think they can always find someone new to work for them.They only think about the company profits rather then the wellbeing of their employees,plus with the favoritism kinda culture going around..you won't get anywhere unless you butter em up good.

      Strategic location and that's it.

      Cons

      High turn over and they don't seem to care about it,as they think they can get another "staff" easily.No career progression unless you butter em up nicely...rewards and promotion are only given to a certain favorite staff.
