      Pros

      Global leadership is awesome but not India.

      Cons

      Very negative and political HR team. Do not have strong HR team even to address every day grievances. Do replace the business partners and bring in strong HR leadership

      Very sociable staff - they like to drink

      Cons

      12 hour days are expected as a minimum Wolf of wall street atmosphere disguised as "changing lives" - you are either miserable or brainwashed "Lad culture" very heavy Low pay It is a usual day if you find someone crying in the toilets

      Pros

      Very nice people, good work culture, chilled out work environment. Managers are very supportive except one.

      Cons

      Very less salary and incentive. Management needs to make sure employees do not worry about money for food for the last 3 weeks of month if they want employee to work.
