      Pros

      - Get to work with all major players in Automotive domain - Get to work on multiple domains & industries - Technical Training sessions are conducted regularly - Invested in setting up Lab & opening of new center in Pune. - Financial Stability of parent company Allegis

      - Company name is not known well outside of Automotive domain - Center based work is limited

      Pros

      Solid place to work. Other than the fear of the big cloud boom taking your job. The atmosphere is laid back. Some individuals are extremely smart. Others just kind of go with the flow.

      Cons

      Leadership never provides clear direction for long term road map to all team members. Very clicky place to work. There are lots of micro segmented factions. If you aren't in you will likely get left behind. Lots of behind the scenes conversations going on. Health benefits are pretty horrible especially from a multi billion dollar company. High deductible high premium plan. Only one plan to choose from.

      Pros

      Allegis has a fantastic culture and is one of the best companies I have worked for. The training provided is second to none and the support from management and colleagues is great. There is a clear career path for all levels and we also have a lot of fun!
