      Good changes taking place in the Information Services organization. Lots of upside.

      Pros

      Great people; some of the best. The company is growing and there's no lack of interesting projects and initiatives to work on. New leadership is making good changes.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability and ownership at some levels. Complicated processes. Poor financial discipline. OpCo employees don't view you as an equal partner due to a history of average-to-poor performance.

      People focused organisation Entrepreneurial work environment Pure meritocracy with great career ownership and progression opportunities Financial reward, equity achievable, holidays and incentive trips Hardworking but fun culture, people genuinely care for each other. Number 1 in the world at what they do which means you're always working alongside the best

      Cons

      Work / life balance - job demands high dedication and commitment levels. Its a culture of high performance, which means high expectations and demands excellence. Its therefore not for everyone.

      None. Please do not join nor refer anyone.

      Cons

      Worst management. No manager can think practically. Unrealistic targets.. They expect theoritical stuff to be implemented practically. Your only treated well when you have offers or when you be very nice to the managers. No work life balance at all.. Very bad pay and incentive structures. All they value is money and nothing else!
