      Huge emphasis on training and development; all the managers I had really cared about me and my success

      Depending on the client site you support, culture can vary widely; it is a big company, and at times definitely feels like it

      Pros

      Its a large group and one of the brands in the market in terms of recruitment. They have RPOs with some of the fortune 500 companies. So working at Allegis provides a good experience

      Cons

      At that time Allegis entered into Indian market relatively new by acquiring a Bangalore based recruitment company. So the processes and delivery capabilities were still being built. Hope they have improved upon them now. The top leadership had young guys which is good but their depth in recruitment was quite shallow
