      - Great "account" managers out of corporate - Great teams to work with - Great training from an experienced staff - Very involved corporate with communications - Good interactions with client

      Cons

      - Constant fresh talent from turnovers (can be a good thing) - Some retirees (trainers/sr. staff) are hot headed and/or bully each other and staff - Not great insurance or other benefits - Interview was confusing, unclear how interaction worked with parent company (Aerotek) or client - Position unclear and description wrong when contacted by recruiters from parent company
