      Benefits aren't bad, but certainly not the best in the industry Situationally, work-life balance can be decent

      Compensation is mediocre Very much an "inner circle" kind of company. If you're in the circle, you're golden. If you lie outside of it, you'll go nowhere fast. VERY little support for career growth and development
