Allegis has a large amrket presence so they work with a variety of clients and industries.

Cons

They are agency-minded to the core. If you have an agency mindset then this is a good environment for you. If you are a professional who has never been agency the environment their seems extremely stifling, outdated and repressive.

Allegis Group is a great place to work. Leadership is open to ideas from employees at all levels and places high importance on relationship building and collaboration among colleagues.

Cons

I don't really see a downside to working at Allegis Group. As long as you are personally motivated and able to address new challenges, it's a great place to work.
