      Pros

      Strong culture and great people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not consistent - Depends on which department you work for (some great, others not so great). Flat management organization - Hard to progress career-wise up the ladder. Benefits, especially medical and 401K, are mediocre as best.

      Pros

      A small few that truly demonstrates teamwork. And this is to assist colleagues with there responsibilites due to lack of proper training by leadership

      Cons

      Lack of organization, training, pay and the list goes on. In addition they are very misleading during the interview process. Work overload, low pay for the responsibilities, extremely high turn over. Bad accounting practices; do not properly bill clients and no good backup documentaion to figure out the issues. You walk in cleaning up other peoples bad accounts

      Nothing super innovative or interesting, long periods of very little work, and very little chance to be promoted.
