      Strong training and initial development for graduating college professionals. Top performers have the ability to make significant compensation.

      Cons

      Have yet to truly adapt to the modern workplace culture. Company constantly keeps trying to change strategy and struggles to evolve it's brand to capture higher-level business from enterprise wide initiatives.

      great environment that promotes employee growth. Lots of training opportunities, travel can be fun and no expense spared by the company

      For an IT person there may be some annoyance of having to deal with a lot of non-technical people
