Pros

they hire a lot of kids right out of college, good stepping stone to get your career started

Cons

absolutely no training at all, the benefits are horrible, had to wait 2 years for them to contribute $700 tops into my 401k, leadership dumps endless work amounts on the bottom level, supervisors hardly work, compensation is way below market standards

Pros

Fast at getting new hire in the door. Good opportunities with quality tech giants.

Cons

Poor communication between EASi and their customer's. Lied to my face about maximum offer customer was willing to pay in order to pocket more for them selves. Receives shift differential and pockets it for themselves while letting the new hire assume they are going to receive it (its industry standard). Eventually new hires find out on there is no night shift differential once first pay check is received. The most basic benefits possible
