      Pros

      For entry-level workers pay extremely well. For sales based jobs, they probably provide great experience

      Cons

      Everything within the company is based on sales, even if you’re not in that area. Your bonuses and potential pay raises are all based on revenue, even in non-revenue producing positions The health insurance plan is ridiculous, and it’s aimed at a workforce. You pay pretty much everything out-of-pocket until you reach a high deductible.
