      I’ve been with the overall company (within multiple Op Cos) for ten years and have never considered moving elsewhere. I’ve had very supportive managers who have helped me navigate to multiple different roles, and was also given the honest feedback I needed plus the encouragement and support to maximize my strengths to grow my career

      Cons

      Changing career path/upward mobility can be limited by geographic location unless you are in a producer role (account manager/recruiter) - every role outside of AM/recruiter used to be required to sit at a corporate campus in Baltimore, Phoenix, or Jacksonville but they have started to have some flexibility, but upper management still required to sit at corporate
