Pros

Allen Flavors offers fantastic opportunities in various departments. I also know someone who recently met with HR and sent the candidate into different areas with different supervisors to find an ideal match. It worked out beautifully, everyone is happy on both sides. Allen Flavors is also very encouraging to their employees on expanding their horizons, and learning other aspects of the industry to excel in their careers . Highly recommended!

Allen Flavor's has a wonderful friendly working environment. HR has worked hard to improve salary and benefits. Room for advancement with hard work and dedication.

I have no negative feedback - the place is a great company to work for - the negative complaints are startling.

There are very few issues on the downside. The Company is lean and mean and you do not get the opportunity to join a Company at this phase of its growth very often.
