Pros

Commissions can be enormous if you hit the jackpot. You can make more money here than almost anywhere else. But the payoff comes at the cost of enduring a brutal culture, relentless pressure, and managers who thrive on control.

Cons

- Most people are either trapped in the same position with the same pay or have already escaped the company. - The work environment is relentlessly toxic. - Managers push advisors to hit impossible sales targets every day, week, and month. - Harassment is constant. - Each day grows more stressful and exhausting. - There is no quiet, no relief, and no moment to breathe. - Micromanaging and nonstop nagging dominate every interaction. - Commissions may rise, but base pay, position, and managerial cruelty never change. - The environment crushes energy and morale relentlessly.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a performance-driven role with defined goals and expectations. While the work can be demanding, we are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful work environment, and leadership concerns are addressed promptly when needed. Our compensation package is competitive within the industry, and many advisors consistently exceed their goals and find their role rewarding and fulfilling.

Pros

There is no reason to do this. My suggestion is stay as far away from this company.

Cons

Horribly ran company, both within your team management and as a whole. No appreciation for the work you do. Discrimination is alarmingly prevalent. Employees frequently report a toxic culture where favoritism based on race and gender affects promotions and opportunities. Please don't make the same mistake I did - stay away!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely value our employees and deeply appreciate their contributions. Our success as a company is directly tied to their hard work, and we sincerely apologize if we fell short of your expectations. We want to be very clear that our company upholds a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination or favoritism of any kind. We are proud of the diversity within our workforce, which spans various backgrounds, races, and genders, and we are equally proud of our diverse leadership team. Many of our leaders have advanced through internal opportunities, a reflection of our commitment to supporting those who are motivated to grow and lead within the company. It is important to clarify that we have not received any reports of favoritism based on the factors mentioned in your review. We take such concerns seriously and find these claims to be unsubstantiated based on the information we have. Once again, we apologize that your experience has led to these perceptions. While we respectfully disagree with some of the claims made, our goal is always to foster understanding. We encourage you to reach out to our human resources department if you’d like to discuss any specific concerns further.
