Toxic management with no regard for employees

Pros

None. Hands down, the WORST company I have ever worked for. Near enough every other person I spoke to while I worked there said the exact same. Which goes to show you, they don't care about their staff, just a number.

Cons

Management from the top all the way down to warehouse is shocking. They went through over 100 ‘senior’ roles in the time I was there which was under two years.
