horrible pay, no raises or bonuses

I worked for a successful small independent motor factor that was bought out by Alliance Automotive. Within 6 months of them taking over they had managed to ruin that company. If you are in the same position be prepared to have every task that you undertake micro managed to a point it makes your job impossible. The company have a massive problem with staff retention so you will soon find that only the most useless employees seem to stick around so whenever you try to talk to anyone within the company you will be met with an ineptitude the likes of which I have never had to deal with before. It also seems that higher management roles are gifted to family members of the companies that they have bought rather than to people who are actually capable of doing the job. Since working for Alliance I have been given false promises and outright lied to on many occasions by people who are in senior management positions.
